How has your week been then?…

Some big news this week with both the NHS funding reform and Pensions rules set for a big shake up:

• Power ‘to GPs in NHS shake-up’
• Pensions: Proposals to relax annuity rules

There was definitely heated debate on last night’s question time but then, there usually is isn’t there?!

Now, we all know that Bill Gates is one of the wealthiest people on the planet but, I am wondering what it must be like to have responsibility for the £24bn that he has in his foundation.
